Shipping

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes we do, if you are interested in an item being shipped internationally please use the contact form before purchase so we can work out the details.

 

How do I return an item?

 

Simply seal and ship the item, with receipt or invoice to the address provided, after contacting Two Roses. We will issue your credit upon receipt and email you when finalized!

 

What is your returns policy?

 

All items that have not been worn and still have tags will be accepted for returns, and a store credit - All items are non refundable and we will only issue a store credit for unworn items - Shipping must be provided by the customer.

How do I track my order?

 

A tracking number will be provided after shipping! All details will be a click-away, and easily trackable.

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

Once the item has shipped, the courier information will be provided as well..

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer a standard flat rate shipping of 2-4 days, if you would like anything sooner please contact us directly
